Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (business days). You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking details where available.

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct — carriers will typically attempt delivery twice. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery may be re-shipped at the customer's cost.
